Ilse Quinten

Ilse is always looking for talent

Ilse has been working for Redie since January 2022. She is involved in all activities related to Human Resource Management. This includes recruitment, training, employment conditions, arrangements and development, but Ilse also contributes to organizational and communication matters. 

In her free time, Ilse enjoys walking with her dog, playing the clarinet at a music association and reading books. Additionally, she likes to go out for dinner.

What she enjoys about working for Redie?

"It's that it's not a super large organization, but it has big ambitions. I like to think along about how we can achieve those ambitions. Moreover, I find Redie to be a very people-oriented organization; there is a real focus on the talents of individuals and how we can best utilize them. There is also genuine attention to the development of employees and students in work-study placements. It’s a friendly Brabant company where hard work is done, and great things are created. There’s always time for a joke, and together we achieve wonderful results."
