The Gallery Kitchen

For years, we have been proudly creating the interior of The Gallery Kitchen. In 2024, we completed a new counter, kitchen, and sandwich bar for the popular restaurant located in the heart of the city of Rotterdam.

The Gallery Kitchen offers daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and over the years, its offerings have expanded. With the changing operations, it was time for a new layout that both increases efficiency and enhances work enjoyment.
In addition to the functional design of the kitchen, the visual appeal of the restaurant was also incorporated into the new design. The layout has been optimized to ensure smooth and efficient work. One of the restaurant's strong points is the open kitchen and sandwich bar, where customers can see how everything is freshly prepared. This openness has been preserved.
Above the work island, a black metal frame hangs, creating a subtle division between the kitchen and the restaurant. Behind the bar area, a steel rack has been placed to display bottles of wine and other beverages.

The new interior elements are in Japandi style, with walnut wood veneer combined with black and a warm color tone on all walls and the ceiling, creating a modern look that beautifully complements the existing interior. The logo is laser-cut into letters on the sandwich counter, giving it a 3D effect.

We are proud of the final result of this project and happy with the long-term collaboration with The Gallery Kitchen Rotterdam. The trust we have built over the years makes this partnership even more special.
